These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Fiscean.

By using this app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Fiscean if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this App and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

License

Fiscean is an app that offers an opportunity for users to upload and exchange files/information and information in certain areas. Fiscean does not filter, edit, publish or review files/information prior to their presence on the app. Files do not reflect the views and opinions of Fiscean, its agents and/or affiliates. Files/information reflect the views of the person who originally uploaded. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Fiscean shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or uploading of and/or appearance of the information on this app.

Fiscean reserves the right to monitor all files and to remove any files which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to upload the files on our App and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
• The files do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
• The files do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
• The files will not be used to solicit or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant Fiscean a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your files in any and all forms, formats.

Objectionable Content Policy

Fiscean App maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding objectionable content. Objectionable content may not be uploaded or displayed to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable content. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexually explicit materials
• Obscene, defamatory, libellous, slanderous, violent and / or unlawful content or profanity
• Content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or another personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent
• Content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and / or firearms
• Gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports booking, bingo or poker

Any user can flag content they deem objectionable for review. Content will be moderated by Fiscean team to ensure the timely removal of any and all objectionable content. User accounts which have been confirmed responsible for posting objectionable content will be restricted from access to the Fiscean App and may be barred permanently from uploading content on Fiscean App.

Removal of links from our App

If you find any link on our App that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this App is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the App remains available or that the material on the App is kept up to date.

Changes to this Terms and Conditions

We change terms and conditions time to time, when we change our policies, we update this page

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Terms and Conditions.
